Front Office Training Lab is used for training students in all operational aspects of the Front Office.
This includes room reservation, registration, guest relations, telephones, interdepartmental communications, and revenue management. It focuses on human resources approach in the front offices of today's hotels.
 
 
 
Training Restaurants offer great service. We understand that in today’s hospitality industry, students need to be exposed to work in a busy restaurant. Therefore, our fine dining restaurants are operated by our students as part of their training.
 
 
 
Housekeeping Lab emphasizes on development of skills for performing housekeeping tasks. It includes proper cleaning and sanitation of rooms, budgeting, purchasing, security, and inventory control.
 
 
 
 
Our students have access to the food production laboratory where they can gain
skills in food selection, food preparation, and quantity food production. Here, students get practical experience in culinary arts, menu terminology, sanitation, safety, equipment, and basic cooking methods.
